What's wrong with my plant?

I'm just wondering if this is normal, it seems to be starting to flower but only on top. The bottom leaves are turning yellow. Also, how long do I keep doing this 12/12 light cycle? I've been doing it for about two weeks. My plant is about 10weeks old

N def. my friend. shes hungry for some nitrogen and she looks kinda lanky from not getting intense enough light. what bulbs are u using? but anyways ,fertilize and she should darken up soon!
