im using a 15 watts light

i wan to use a 400 watt light

How much are you watering? It looks like over watering or not enough water to me.

Not enough or too little water maybe too hot as well. Looks like its stretched out quite a bit too. What kind of light are you using?

im using a flourencent 15 wat light i have little space to work with

and my plant its in a rockwool plant inside soil...
