When do I transplant from seed?

First time grower, have a 4×4 tent set up. Planted 6 seeds (northern lights) in a Pete moss starter kit. 2 of the seeds have germinated very quickly within 4 days. When I checked beneath the Pete most I noticed the 2 of the plants have large roots in the water tray already, should I transplant into a starter pot with Pete,perlite,soil mix this early?

Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks all.

Yes, you can go a head and up pot them

Thanks, moved 2 of them to a standard solo cup with holes for water drainage. Using a miracle grow potting mix with perlite and peat mix for now and just misting with water?
