When should I harvest?

Hay everyone so I am approaching the final stages of my grow, and just wondering what everyone's harvesting routine is? Leave the lights off for 3 days no water? I bought a jewelers loop but finding it difficult to see anything...

Also my branches cant support themselves (some of them) I have to tie them up or rest them against another plant, what's going on?

I'm growing gorilla glue autos
