Just wait till soil dries up and then resume watering with PH adjusted water for a bit...Adjust to 6.2-6.5 PH

Trial and error here...My practice Acapulco Gold Bagseed has survived all that I have thrown at her and lived to tell about it...LOL
 
Try flushing with ph correct water (6.3) with three times the amount of soil. In other words if you have a 3 gallon pot you need to flush with 9 gal of water. Your plants are in lock out, they can't uptake the nutes properly.

Do try to keep water away from the leaves...will magnify the heat from lights and burn the leaves..JMHO!
