White widow problem

I have a white widow that i got from clone about to put her in bud stage but i had a few things i need 2 fix first!!

problem one dont know what the spots are about.....

problem two....... can anyone tell me whats going on with her?

the pics are hard to see but the first one is a bunch on small white spots on the top of the plant

The 2nd pic is dime size brown spots with yellow on the outside as you can kinda see
