I put nutes in my water i use botanicare but i only use nutes every other watering

Looks like you've splashed some on the leaf accidentally. I wouldn't worry. Looks good otherwise.
Was it only one leaf, could you have dropped nutes on it? 
I think when you have lifted your jug/watering can, couple drips from end have landed on that leaf...
