I had two pieces of toast last night and I feel like I'm still toasted.Looks good but the proof is in the pudding.... so how was it?
I don't know. But my wife said how dark it is indicates potency. And most I see is green.I thought it was supposed to be a tan color?
Or am I thinking about just plain butter?
She baked in the oven on 220 for 45 minutes, then she took an ounce and half of the leaf and half lb of butter stuffed in a jar, then we put a towel in a crock pot, filled the pot up with water, put the jar in sealed and cooked for 6 hours stirring every hour. Strained through pantry hose then cooled. Any tips are appreciated.What process did she use?
