Would a 600W HPS with cooltube solve my temp issues?

I've been struggling with high temps in my closet with my 315W CMD. It's a unit with the ballast and reflector in the same piece. I have a 350m3/hour moving extraction fan pulling air out,but still the temps get up to 30C. When the lights are off the temps get something like 10-15 degrees cooler? I've been thinking about getting a 600W hpw with a cool tube, but I wouldn't want to spend that money only to discover that the temps are still too high... I don't have enough money for any decent LEDs

So would it be worth it to make the investment? Thanks!

Cmh 315w is better than 600w hps.
