Wrinkled small leaves - 2 weeks old from seed

I'm growing 5 strains in my tent and all of them are doing great except one. The leaves are dry looking and wrinkly. Has anyone experienced this?
Doing 5 gallon DWC buckets, currently no nutes until cotyledon starts to yellow a bit in RO water and a small amount of bennies. PH is at 5.8 to 6.1. Temp is at 75-85F and RH is at 45%.

The only time I have a plant look like that is when I started it under a dome with RH at about 75 to 80 and then I took it from the dome with out hardening it first by slowly lowering the RH before putting it in my buckets.

It did come back for me in time.

At this point I would just ride it out.

I think it will come back for you. Those leave will most likely turn lacy and will always be messed up. But new ones should be fine.

I don't know if it's connected but this is the only plant where the root isn't seen outside of the net pot yet. Could it be related? 3rd set of leaves are still small and wrinkly although showing 5 fingers like all the other plants.
