Yet another LED vs CFL question

Hey y'all, long time lurker, first time poster.. Quick question..

I have a small grow box used mainly for seedlings , clones and early veging and need a light recommendation .
The box 22"wide x13" deep x 22" tall.

Looking to get either the 6500 k compact fluorescent or a small LED probably the 48x3w reflector from toplight

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

For a space that small I would just use cfl. Saves you money and most led need more space between them and plants.
