First time grower - Harvest right time

Hi guys,

First time grower and first post on forum, so... go ease

So, I need help to know when is the right time to harvest my 2 little plants.
I have started at 10/07, they almost died because I was in hollidays on last week at august and received less water but they fighted and grow up again

I am thinking in harvest the first plant in about 1 week, the second maybe 2 or 3 weeks. What you think about?
