Newbie from Kalifornia

Hi all...newbie at growing to.
Trying to grow strictly outside but I find myself leaving the lights on at night.
Hope to learn as much as I can.
My plants are only 1 week old and seem to be doing fine.
Friend gave me some seeds but have no idea what they are?

Hello there, and welcome here. People here will help you out curly. I got 3 plants going now but I also don't have a clue as to what they are. They just have good genetics. But yours are looking good. I'm a indoor grower...

Yes, there are holes. (I'm not high yet)
I also have numbered them and plan to grow/cultivate each one a little different.
Keeping a journal as well.
Really have no idea what I'm doing but I'm having fun.
Also bought a small grow lamp for indoor use.

5 months (learning as I go) and still going strong.
The two back right have been flowering for 4 weeks.
Didn't think I could do it but I am getting there.
