I like to help, and likely know what this is already, but without more info I won't even try. Too many variables.

All plants on same feed grown in coco ph 5.8-6.0
2ml per litre canna grow
2ml per litre canna bloom
4 ml per litre big bud
In 3rd week of flower it's only the one plant all others look great 600w light and ballast two fans blowing from each side plant looked runt from clone slow growth compared to others???
