Without more info its hard to tell but at first glance id say possibly potassium. Either a deficiency or a ph problem that is causing lockout/deficiency. Are those tips pulling to one side? It looks like it. If that is the case id lean towards ph problems.
As i said tho, with only 1 pic and no other info i can only guess.

Most likely Phosphorus def with a slight hint of potassium def.

P def is reasonable common to happen in early flowering mainly so when just using standard bloom nutrients, i just use P/K nutrient at half rate around the 3 rd week of flowering to help ward off these problems.

It may also show that you have a slightly nutrient hungry plant or heavy feeder as well if the on set of defs is rapid in the early stages of flowering.

these are god bud. they are nute hungry girls. others, dont show this usually. i was using dyna-gro. i am switching to earth juice, although i have not had good luck, with so called organics. i know if i went back to my nutriculture, 5-50-17, this would not have happend. the veg nute, with this stuff, is 20-20-20.
