Sick GDP plant

My gdp plant is on day 22 of flower and it showing some weird leaves I was hoping some one could help me diagnose what's going on and come up with a plan to get this girl back in the right direction, so some info I grow in a 2x2 tent with a 600 watt meizhi led I use general hydroponic flora series nutrients series before she started looking all deficient I was doing 5ml flora gro 10ml flora micro and 15ml flora bloom and then I saw the deficiency and upped 2ml more to each and start feeding more during the week from about 2x a week to about 4, but over the last couple days it hasn't been helping she looks worse everyday so today I used a half 5 gallon bucket of water and flushed it out and I also checked the ph of the run off and it was 6.0 I will come back with pick very soon so you can get an idea

the feed chart for flora series shows mixing the nutes to 1 gallon of water
I hope you're not adding this much nutes to 1 gallon because that would explain your problems
can you tell us what size batches of water you're making?
I'm assuming you're growing in coco
