2014 - Hempy - SOG - Sweet Tooth

yea man great update - sexy looking setup - always love it :)

seems you are on your way quite nicely - only gets easier lol

Thanks Sphnx and mrrobert420. Still a little worried about the yellow, but will watch and see what happens.

Good day my people.

Apparently someone won Nug of the Month..... Congrats!! October had a lot of competition.

The plants are doing well. The clones are taking there time to root, but I have not picked up a tank heater yet. The first ten are on day 20. The second batch are on day 16. I have some spotting on some leaves in the pics. I think its a calcium issue. So I added some calimagic to the nutes. Been feeding GH flora 5mil/gal of each. I thought they would be bigger by now, but at least there not dying!

I personally do my cal/mag at half of what the base nutrients are. It just has better results... and from what I've been reading, that might still be too low... We'll see I'm trying out a couple different things, I'll definitely let you know what I find out man :)

They are all looking great man! +reps to you.

Much love for the shout out!

The last page said your ph is closer to 5 than 6?
if so, I do believe 5.8 is really the sweet spot for hempy, but the girls look lovely man!

(btw got two new pics posted!)

For-sure Thanks for the advice Sphnx and jinn. I definitely did a full dose on the cal/mag, oops. I am going to raise my ph. I use the drops so that's why I don't have an exact number.

It's been a week. I was able to start 10 more clones today. The oldest batch is on day 27 of 12/12. Second generation on day 23 of 12/12. My cloner hella leaks. I am going to change to the shower curtain method to solve the issue. The plants don't look to bad. Flowering time is 6-7 weeks. Idk will put that to the test.

Hey Cmon!

I must agree with everyone, and compliment you on your bad ass setup! Bout twice as big as mine (just started it yesterday) and makes me excited to get to that level!

I have one question, I am interested in doing a SOG for my next grow and yours is looking like it will be pretty prime. I was curious, once your clones grow enough roots and you transplant them into the 2 liter bottles, you immediately put them under a 12/12 light cycle?

Thanks in advance! And props too all of your pretty ladies!

my cloner hella leaked too lol - I took a black trash bag and cut off the bottom and then wrapped it in the bucket like a trash bag. I only let it hang about 10 inches into the res - Worked like a charm - No shower curtain or hot glue needed :)

S'up everyone. The oldest plants are on day 34 of the 12/12. Second batch on day 30. Third are on day 7. My cloner has stopped leaking thanks to mrrobert420. The plants look healthy, I just don't see them finishing in 1-2 weeks.

Looking good cmon - just upgraded my box to 600watt hps!! Spent all dang weekend lol - so excited to be on board the hps train lol - kicks but out of my 240watt led - your plants are growing very nicely and quite fast - good job bro - keep up the awesome work!!

That's whats up mrrobert420. This is my first grow with a 600w too, its supposed to be the most efficient HPS wattage.

I heard the same :) - I actually just added my LED panel back in also - It now has LED and HPS - over 800watts lol

everything coming along,nicely

you have put so much time, effort and cash into this, get a proper ph meter,if you can, check out the bluelab,I myself use a nutadip trimeter
and I consider it the best tool in the box.
some of you deficiency are from lockout, here is a couple of charts for you to view.
