Longer will mean bigger a 4 week veg wont yeild close to a 7 week veg but training can be.just as important as time

First set of nutes arrived this morning.
Advanced Nutrition Jungle Juice - Micro/Grow/Bloom 250ml

Will be ordering 1L bottles in couple of weeks.

As well I have noticed in some journals some experienced growers have really nice varieties of nutes. I was just reading one grow this morning, dude had B52, Voodoo, Candy, Cal/Mag, Big Bud and etc.

I've done some research on Cal/Mag and B52 and really like how it sounds. So will get one of each to mix through out the grow.

Any journals around here with good explanation of those fertilizers?

Today is Day 5 since they came out the soil.
One seed didn't open up at all.
One is 50/50 that it's gonna make it. But bot loosing hope. The shell was stuck on the seed and moist damaged it inside a bit. Root and first 2 leaves look white, but it grew a bit even in that form.
So hopefully will be growing 9 or 8 on worst scenario.

ATM they are under 2X 150w cfl, maybe in a week time will put them under 400w HPS.

I'm not very sure is it early still to put them under 400w HPS ? And what distance should I keep between bulb and plants?

So since they decided to grow tall, I transplanted them again, putting roots deeper in to the cup. As I heard that helps. Soon enough stem that is covered by soil will make new roots and make the plant stronger.

Added few drops of Advanced Nutrition Micro today.

Today is day 6 from sprouting.

Probably in few days will put them under 400w hps

So the set up is done for next couple of weeks. Will have to do some moving around later when they get bigger.

Today is their first day under 400W HPS, distance is 30" away from plants. Yesterday they had first drop of nutrients and they responded nicely I'd say.

Let's wait few days and see how they get on.

Day 14 from sprouting

They are bot looking too bad bud did make a mistake which caused some damage to the leaves.

I have a Soil/PH/Moist meter coming this week and PH kit just arrived. Got 2 more fans, one blowing air out of the air cooled reflector, and second one just blowing upwards to move the air constantly.

Bought more soil and got perlite and vermiculite. Buckets are last thing that I need before I transplant them. (Roots are filling up the small cups way too quick.)

Temperature is 26 degrees Celsius
And Light is 25" away from plant tops.

=== and here I have a question, how much lower can I bring down the light before temperature reaches 28°C ? And is 28 OK or critical for plants?

Day 15 - Girls got their new homes.

Transplanted to 15L buckets.
Soil mix: Miracle Gro Compost + Potting Compost + Perlite + Vermiculite
My tap water PH is way to high, it is dark blue, brought it down to 6. Inbetween green and yellow mark.
Temperature is 26℃
Light is 20" away from plants.
Don't know humidity yet as I dont have the humidity meter.

Waiting on one more node to appear and then I'll be doing some topping soon, and preparing for scrog.

They look great I just have two small suggestions. If you drill holes in the side of your buckets then air will reach your roots and more O2 more healthy roots. Also I would wait to node 6-8 then top back two. Nodes that way your stalk is nice and thick. That is what I did to these and they are in fabric smart pot so that's the same as holes in the sides.

after you top then next set of branches you. Can fim. And also read about LST. I start it at 8 to 10 inches and they make bushes

if you google grow weed easy . Com you can research EVERYTHING or you can definitely find it on here also. I have been doing this since 98 and still I learn new things all the time

Hey bignugz420! Thanks for stopping by and actually yeah, that's a good idea to do. Definitely can see how it benefits. Your girls will bud lovely, hopefully you have fat buds.

And yeah, definitely gonna stick to ur idea, would be nice to have thick stems for bigger size. They are 95% indica so should grow bushy, hopefully. Will do my best.
