Can I pollinate Blueberry F2 with a F8 Santa Maria?

I Grow today 6 Fem Blueberry from Regular Seeds and 1 x Santa Maria F8 also from regular Genetics. I have a Blueberry Male can i make Seeds out of the F8 Santa Maria with F2 Blueberry Male? Sound fun to do it isn't?

Cool <3 the Males are i have Harvested now gone and the Pollen are stored Dry in a Paper towel.

Put it in a jar with a bit of raw rice, then in the freezer

Hey, is that good for storage the Pollen? I put a tablespoon rice in it

Edit: I have 3 Males 1: With Big Pollen Sacks but didn't smell. 2: with Smell and more Pollen. And 3: with no smell and a lot of Pollen Sacks and she was the quickest from alle 3 going in to Flower and she is very Bushy.

Which one is the best for Breeding
