SleepDog’s Sour OG, Sherbert Kush & Bubba Kush: Soilless Grow Journal 2019

The last feeding was Thursday of last week at regular strength and probably should have gone with 1/2 just to be safe while I was away. Here is a pic of the first sign of it near tops I spotted on Friday.

She has been watered twice since then and I am now unsure what steps to take next. The condition has not moved much further than the fan leaves and has not shown any signs inside buds. Here are some pics of where it has progressed the most.

She is half way through week 6 and this strain says 7-9 weeks flower time. All of the buds look healthy putting out new pistols still but also swelling nicely below. Any input would be much appreciated.

The majority of issues will show up on the fan leaves while the bud leaves look fine, totally normal. Brown spots, in this context, are signs of a calcium def. The spots and other leaf issues won't disappear once the deficiencies are corrected. Unfortunately for us.
Feeding: small steps! Dude for your first indoor grow you're doing great.

Thank you @Mj76. I was kind of thinking a lot of this may have already been done and it just hadn’t shown itself yet. What are your thoughts on the feeding situation. Could I have given her a bit too much last week, and if so, will she have recovered enough after 2 water cycles,1 with Calmax, to get a reduced feeding next time around?

Feed her. At this point her fan leaves are pretty beat up and impossible to diagnose. At my skill level anyway. I'd stick to the schedule and feed her a moderate nutrient level consistently. 75% max
She got fed 2 Gal at about 60% of everything. 750 ppm. Thanks again for being that little voice keeping shit calm again. I am learning quite a bit in such a short period of time. I got another light to go in flower room and am going to be putting this enormous bitch Sherbert Kush in tomorrow. I just trained it again and put it in room to make sure it would fit. It should be good for the remaining couple of weeks the Sour OG has left in there.

Niiiiice. Who's the little cutie?
The little cutie is a clone off of the Sour OG. Letting it kinda grow on its own before going outside. It was just somewhere to put her while moving the huge bitch in.
Nice bushes there mate, I was wondering how long you vegd them for as they are huge :goodjob:
The Sour OG seed sprouted on Christmas and she is 2 days away from week 7 flower.
The Huge bitch Sherbert sprouted on January 14 or 15th.

I love how dark purple the Sour OG buds look on the outside, but if you look up inside, it is bright green and healthy as can be.

Sour OG —> Seed popped Dec 25th, repotted Jan 15th to 4 Gal pot. Repotted again on Feb 20th to 7 Gal Geopot. Turned lights to 12/12 on Feb 25th. She had been trained many times all the way from seedling and trimmed lightly several times before 12/12. Then trained and cleaned up 1 week in.
Sherbert Kush —> Seed popped Jan 15th, repotted Feb 20th to 4 Gal pot. Repotted again on Mar 19th to 7 Gal Geopot. She just went 12/12 yesterday. I Didn’t train quite as often as the Sour OG and had to be more aggressive with her to get her where I wanted her.

Must say thay look brilliant, how often did you defoliate the sour og if you don't mind me asking
Thank you very much!
Usually every time I train her but I only cut off any leaves that are below the canopy and don’t get any light or I tear away any leaf that is covering bud sites. I pretty much tuck everything else under and use to prop smaller branches to the top. I really don’t like taking more than I have to because I find them to be very helpful in diagnosing any problems early.

The Sherbert Kush seems to be settling in nicely. I went through it today with the razor blade and snipped anything that will be a popcorn bud under the foliage and also cleaned up some of the fan leaves that were covering any shoots coming up through. I will give it one last training in a couple of days to a week and then let her do her thing.

The Sour OG got her feeding today. I noticed tonight at lights out there are a couple leaves near buds that have a bit of clawing happening. It isn’t from overwatering because leaves did droop a bit but perked right back up in no time. It isn’t too serious by the looks of things and she is up for straight water next time around. Any thoughts???

The inline fan has definitely helped with my lights out humidity. No more condensation at all, and Rh was at 76%. Not the greatest but better than having a puddle and condensation up half a foot in corner behind fan. I will probably make inlet vent a touch bigger only because it is sucking all the plastic away from walls and it is still getting down to 66 degrees at night. The exterior temp is around 72-74 so if I can pull a little more of that warmer air through, I am hoping to bring Nighttime temp up just a little. I will get this dialed in shortly.
