So folks.. What do you think so far? I built that cabinet out of two fabric/metal wardrobes from IKEA. After some modifications using panda paper and some expanding foam I now have a light proof cabinet. Negative pressure and temps are good, babies just had water last night.

I see the light is "1000 watts" so what are you using? Mars?, Viperspectra? . . . . . . ?
YEHSENSE, From Amazon. I wasn't sure/couldn't remember where 420 stood on naming brands that aren't sponsors.

I am likely gonna buy another identical one for flower to sit right beside it. That or use this for just veg and get a stronger light or maybe a COB for flowering. I still have time for changes and am weighing my options.

I will likely go perpetual again so am likely gonna have a second cab going within the next 8 weeks. I'm here for input, suggestions and support.

You are only pulling 180 watts from the wall and if it has cooling fans it will be even lower for the actual light production; perhaps another light (or two) may be needed for all those plants in the future.

Amen brother, exactly what I was thinking. I will likely double or perhaps triple up. And yeah I really should put 1000W in quotes and am aware of the actual used wattage. Also as I said I only want to flower 6. I am growing this many to weed out males (regular seeds)

If you are thinking of two more that is $160; a Quantum board setup with 2 boards will barely break $200. Better light without the need for electricity gobbling cooling fans . . . just a suggestion for when you decide you need more light.

Allow me to explain what is going on in there right now...

I have 6 gelato plants and 7 randoms in there. Three were planted two weeks late that's why you see the seedlings near the front of my cabinet. The black rectangular object sitting in front of the seedlings is a light fixture with 4 led veg bulbs in it. (They seem to be doing well there in the sidelines of the light print.)

So there are actually 13 plants in there. There are no signs of pre-flowers on anything yet. I plan on getting rid of any males and really want to have 6 females to flower. I will rehome any extra ladies I have. Shiva willing...
