Ok that's what I thought but jimmy james made it seem like that was too much, so you think 1050 on 36v is where it's at?
Depends on how many cobs per square foot you are running but 1050 can be amazing if cobs are packed in at 1 or more per square foot. I tend to stay with the 1400ma drivers because that allows me to run 700ma or 1400ma or anywhere in between.
3590's are ran at 2100 by many people and is nowhere near too much for them.
 
Really fighting these temps right now. Any recommendations on where to purchase COB equipment? Preferably ones that don't require me to solder?

You can look at the big ole build thread, or you can look at some of the journals as there are a couple different places that sell kits.

I bought mine at timber, it was a 4 cob plug and hang setup. Later I added 2 more cobs and other than drilling and screwing, it was just harness plugging.
