I agree with 3 being a bit much, but my plan was to eventually pick less tops per plant, keeping the best obviously. Even if it meant not actually filling the screen. My theory was that if I did 3 I might yield better per sq/ft because of a better root mass area to screen area. And I may be totally loopy too. We shall see! This is why I mentioned over in X's journal that I am doing UBT and training out in an X now. The 4 mains go to the corners and the middle gets filled by my pick of the best. That way I'm sure to get several good sized colas per plant and per harvest. At least that how it's working in my sometimes defective head.

Currently the plant count for the current and next cycles (descending in age AKA oldest first)

2 plants on week 5 flower. Not a fair comparison because these are the moms and topped a lot more that I do now.
3 on week 2 flower
3 in veg4 - next up in flowering starting 9/30
2 in veg 3 - this is were I lost one. To go to flower on 10/21


So I think it will be MANY months before I see stable consistent results. Especially since I can never stop tinkering! But we have a chance to see come about December!

A perpetual grow seems so easy on paper/in theory, but it's a lot harder than you'd think!

First off today I potted up my largest Blue Dream to a 7gal Smart Pot. Media is Pro-Mix BX. After the re-pot I tied her azz down.

She's showing about 95% milky, 3-4% clear and maybe 1-2% amber. How far do I go before I flush her? She's just starting to yellow a couple leaves as you can see. Buds are bulking up still.

My thoughts are start diminishing her light. I can put a vented box over her outside. Maybe one more feeding too? Input welcome!

I'm proud of this little girl, She fought back hard after a really rough veg period.

One more feed then flush when she dries out is my opinion.....
