Did you ever plant it so most of the stem is in soil like BuzzyChuck suggested? It will love you for it and may yet produce a few flowers.

I think I might just chop her down because I don't think she will grow anymore

I just think I will pop a new seed in because it is going to dam tall and long and it's an indica not a SATIVA and it looks like it might go into flowering and I don't want that
