question 1 how much nutrient water do i drip feed to each cannabis plant and how often (twice a day to once every 1-3 days is the least and most i would water)
at each height in coco and perlite in a 19 Litre (5Gal) fabric pot

question 2 is there a chart or calculator for Plant height x Pot size=Water amount?

question 3 is how much nutrient water do i drip feed to each cannabis plant and how often (twice a day to once every 1-3 days is the least and most i would water) in each stage of growth in coco and perlite in a 19 Litre (5Gal) fabric pot

depending on the plant size/age i will control the length of each stage of growth to shape and train the plant using temperature/humidity control
light colour and light time schedule and different mixtures of nutrients, elements and additives
the phases line up with the canna coco grow guide nutrient schedule and all water given to the plants will have
nutrients, elements and additives and hy gen ph if necessary

??also has anyone got advice, tips or reviews on the grow room list below??

if your only interested in liquid volume...
well i just put in as much as they need until i start getting run off, up to 20-30% run, mostly each watering.
after prepping the coco i didnt water for a few days, then once i started volume just increased as needed

Coco is basically hydro and loves the water. I feed 3 gallon coco fabric pots 2 liters a day right now. Getting ready to up it.

I have a feeling you may have to hand water for a bit before you can dial in those drip irrigation #'s.
