I'm not great at nute' deficiencies, etc., but...
I'd say you have nitrogen abundance, but not toxic. My guess (FWIW) is a magnesium deficiency and a little over-watered.

Looks like coco? Hows the drainage in the bottom of the pot can excess water escape easily? Dont let it sit in water..etc.
Most cal mag products ive seen contain nitrogen like the protek im using its 2.0.0 would it be best to use something like epsom salts instead of contributing to excess n? Sorry hijack but thaught it was relevant

In nature, the wind blows fresh air around the leaves.
Indoors, we have to be the wind - Oscillating fans do this well.
You will also need more light, how many bulbs do you have?

Looks like she is over watered, idk water the yellowing on the fins is so you'll have to get that from someone else. Sorry.
Make sure to let the soil dry out completely to the point where she starts wilting. You will know this when the stem of the leaf starts to lean downward instead of the leaf curling.
