I would like to stick with LED.
Go for a bar light or square frame and a decent 200w will be ok - check out the sponsors page for a good deal
Try to keep the canopy flat if possible
If you're not flowering then you should be ok with 200w.
I'd would recommend 300w or more to bud.
Extra wattage could mean bigger yields or having the option to run the light dimmed to prolong it's lifespan.

200w led would do it. before led i just parked mother plants under a couple banks of t5s and would forget about it.
