Any suggestions on a good loupe/scope to get a better look?

May as well get one of those LED digital microscopes they are pretty cheap like 20 bucks can get up to 800x.

Yeah I ordered some unit off Amazon.. says 40x-1000x I doubt the 1000x but hopefully somewhere up there!

Looks like a virus to me. I don’t know anything about hemp mites but they could be a vector for whatever virus is afflicting your plants.

Unfortunately, the virus will stick around even if you manage to get rid of the vector. Sort of like the wife’s herpes not going away even if the cheating husband is kicked to the curb.

I would probably wrap my mind around the fact these plants won’t get any better.

in a last ditch effort , try some chamomile tea on one , drench the roots and do a weak foliar spray ( out of curiosity ) not in strong light , i use it when i plant seedling to prevent damping off , if might work and it might not

I see no bugs! 3 other plants in room are fine and from the same source. Etc etc. I think it's a plant mutation maybe?

Soil could be another virus vector, but it’s not impossible you’ve got a mutation on your hands. Might as well keep growing them and see how they do. I do find it interesting that the other plants in your room are unaffected. If you used the same soil for all of them, even more of a head scratcher.

I also checked the soil randomly and didn't catch anything. The 2 mutations are the same breed, the 3 unaffected others are a different breed.

I'll let them do their thing and see what happens!

They've seemed to have grown out of their issues as they look healthy and happy now.

Better shriveled leaves than shriveled gonads! The latter don’t just perk back up with time....
