Looks like a virus to me. I don’t know anything about hemp mites but they could be a vector for whatever virus is afflicting your plants.
Soil could be another virus vector, but it’s not impossible you’ve got a mutation on your hands. Might as well keep growing them and see how they do. I do find it interesting that the other plants in your room are unaffected. If you used the same soil for all of them, even more of a head scratcher.I see no bugs! 3 other plants in room are fine and from the same source. Etc etc. I think it's a plant mutation maybe?
Better shriveled leaves than shriveled gonads! The latter don’t just perk back up with time....Well just a quick update,
They've seemed to have grown out of their issues as they look healthy and happy now.
