Simple Transplant Question

I usually use fem seeds but this grow I used regular seeds. I grow in coco if that makes a difference. I would like to start flowering in an 80oz. container to save on coco and as soon as the sex is determined, transplant to a 2 gallon bucket. My question is: Will this cause any type of problem for the plant?

Thanks!

its a problem. the reason being that by the time you know sex the root growth will have slowed to almost nothing so no benefit of upping pot size. there is an explossion in root growth first 2-3 weeks of flower, takes about 10 days to sex plants on average. i think it cause more stress than good. id put them in final pots a week before you flip then pull the males. you can always reuse the coco.
