I've been trying to reuse this Coast of Maine Stonington blend soil from last grow. I've added the Coast of Maine Stonington blend nutrients and watered. but this morning when I looked at it,it had a white mold/mildew stuff on it. any thoughts opinions, is it worth using or should I just trash it

Active mycelium is a good thing. It's living soil. It is breaking down the insoluble nutrients into soluble nutrients that the plant can use. Turn the soil every 4-7 days to work it in deeper. When everything is converter the mycelium will die back and soil is ready for plants. Mycelium will not hurt the plant and the plant needs the mycelium byproduct, not the raw amendments.
