Sour Diesel, Second Grow, First Time In Coco!

It’s filling in nicely isn’t it? I’m finding your canopy control instructive.
:yummy:
Thanks man. I'm trying to space things out, a little each day to help prevent shocking them. I've heard that taking clones a week in to flower is still ok, we'll see how things turn out.

so far, so good right?
I took a few late clippings. I kept them lit 24/0 until new growth was back in veg. It took six weeks before roots showed on a couple.
You’ll be good as gold.

Here is an update on the outdoor experiment. This plant is bigger than anything I have ever grown indoors by leaps and bounds. The stalk is huge! There is a little bit of hail damage, but it appears to be nice and healthy. Fingers crossed for a mild fall and tons of outdoor weed for edibles. Cheers!
The first time I cultivated it I was still a little boy and I put it in the ground near my stepfather's tomato plants but in mid-august there was a male specimen of about 2.50cm that stood out above all and I didn't know yet that there were two sexes so I held it until the end. I still laugh if I think about it.

Day 8 of flower and I had to bring out the plant ties. Hoping the stretch slows down soon! I may have to super crop if they don't start focusing on bud development soon.

I also took another couple of hand fulls of leaves and cut 3 clones. Have em' chilling in the 2x2 under a dome with the light on 24/0. Hope to find a good candidate for a sour diesel mother plant. I think I'll keep the mother in soil, just to cut back on the amount of watering and make things a little more low maintenance. Cheers!

Day 11 of flower and I'm running out of headroom. I've raised the light as far as I can. The plants are at least 2.5 times bigger than they were 11 short days ago. I've had to supercrop a couple branches, and bend quite a few others.

I'm starting to see pistils at every internode, including the new growth. I'm hopeful that this means the stretch is winding down and bud production is on the way.

Well... the stretch hasn't slowed at all. I've supercropped everything to try and give a foot of clearance from the light. It's my first time doing it and I'm hoping that I didn't do too much harm. Lesson learned with Sativas. Flip early. I should have only given them like 3 weeks from seed.

You are. That’s going to be a solid wall of cola :rollit:
I just finished some pretty aggresive pruning below the canopy. Thinking I'll put a second fan on the ground blowing upwards. It's starting to heat up to 29c in the tent. I might just have to drop down to 600w during the summer months. We'll see

Day 18 of flower. Welcome to the jungle. I have bent and supercropped the same branches multiple times, and they keep bouncing back and winding up a couple inches from my light. I've been able to maintain temps by running air conditioning, but damn. Please stop stretching soon!

A careful relocation of the carbon filter bought me about 4 inches of more height in the tent. 4 Inches of heaven. Things are jam packed in there and I've supercropped so many times that the stems will start to look like little accordions soon

The stretch seems to have slowed down a bit... or at least i'm hoping so. My canopy is way denser than my last grow that produced a little over 3/4's of a pound. Any guesses what I might yield?
