Moxie viper cookies. The hot weather is coming and she's coming down in 7 days.. she was fed only molasses 2 days ago and water today. She's definetly showing her slight purpling of her leaves and has been yellowing for weeks.. smells good though.

Blimburn Orka... ( No!! It does not smell like fish )
I think I love this plant... she looks yellow in the tent due to the thin leaves and the HPS. She a beautiful shade of green and she smells sooooooo good. I cut a sample 2 days ago and had to try a piece.. she tastes like she smells.. so happy.. I'm still having a hard time putting my finger on the smell... it's very unique.

Thanx, your just in time to. Today was harvest day and I'll have lots of updates as I'm trimming and drying these ladys. They are currently in my tent with my extraction fan at 10%. I was really busy today so I didn't get many pics but I took a few during my trim session. These are all pics of the side branches. Cola pics will come later.

First up viper city og xiii. Nice dense nugs so far. Smells great.

Next up, Viper cookies. Smells better than my last grow. Found a few seeds, damn hermies.

I'll get some tent pics tomorrow and a full harvest update once every thing is dry.

Chopped and drying.

Everything is chopped and almost trimmed. Viper Og 13 and Viper Cookies are currently being burped after a sweat and Orka is still to wet to jar.. My next update will be after everything is dried and ready to smoke so I can get weights and a smoke report. Oh ya, Viper city OG reeks like lemon og but 10x stronger. It's going to take all day for that smell to go away.

Harvest result time...

Well, everything is dry and smokable so here we go

Viper city Og IIIX
She was my favorite plant this grow due to her thick stems, her nice green leaves staying green and the density of her nugs. I used zero flower hardeners on her and she is denser than anything I've grown. I did keep the light closer this time ( 12 inches) and used silica so maybe that helped a little bit.

She reeks of lemon og and it reminds me of my last grow. The smoke is very berry flavored with a slight lemon og taste and semi smooth. I definetly get a sting when I exhale through my nose.

Trichome production was above average but I've definetly seen more frost on other strains. I really like it and plan to reveg her. The high is definitely indica and really slows me down and shuts me up. Very relaxing.

I harvested 3.34 oz of this plant this grow. She grew for 5 weeks before she got switched to flowering So not to bad. I went 8 weeks last grow and wish I would have done the same this grow

Viper Cookies... Harvest weight: 3.13oz.

This strain stanks.. smells much stronger than my previous grow. The baked cookie smell seems stronger and the sweet flavor coming from the viper og gives of a stomach turning cookie stench. While trimming this strain the overwhelming smell attacked my senses and made me feel sick to my stomach. It was just too much. Even smelling the jar days after was making my stomach turn still and it took me a week to get over it. I never thought the smell of some dank ass herb would make me feel sick. The smell wouldn't come off my hands and I felt miserable all night. I refused to empty the jars at the time of these pics due to not wanting to smell it.. Sorry. I'll get some natural sun light pics before this journal is complete.

After getting over the nasty ass cookie stench I decided it was time to smoke some. Very tasty and very potent. Very strong flavored with a medium density. Viper Og 13 was much denser. Very smooth smoke from this strain and due to her being a hermie I found more than a few seeds. Kinda sux but still smokes well.

Trichome production was over the top on this pheno. Much different than the other two Phenos I grew and the other 3 seeds I had were very black and didn't pop.. 3 out of six kinda sux too. After all was said and done this is still a favorite among family and friends due to the smell and taste being over the top.. I still dread smelling it but I'm glade everybody else liked it and I will not trim this next time if my reveg survives. If they like it so much they can trim it.. yuk

Blimburn Orka

This is my personal favorite from this grow. Her nugs are semi dense and she seems Sativa domenent. The smell coming from these nugs is very different than anything I have ever had and I definetly have a hard time describing the smell and taste to others. To me she smells like a clean and sweet forest. She has a slight sweetness and a unique flavor of tree sap. I wouldn't describe the smell as pine though, think lighter and sweeter, almost like a house hold cleaner. She tastes just like she smells which is exactly what I was hoping for.

She's stoney too.. We tried some early in the morning and it woke me up and had me talking and laughing at 4am. Nice smooth smoke too. After she was all dried up I had 3.4oz as a final weight. The largest nug was 7 grams.. she tastes so good..

Final update... Everything went well this grow. I controlled the temperature a lot better than I did last grow, I liked the outcome of my feeding schedule and the improvement in bud density due to the light being closer. I do wish I would have vegged longer but there is always next time.

After my harvest was finished I sprayed my tent with a mixture of water and hydrogen peroxide to hopefully kill any pollen left over from the cookie hermie. I'll wipe and spray her one more time before flowering my next grow. I also cleaned all my lights and inline fan. I still need to remove my filter and clean it and my oscillating fans but I'm getting close to being sterile I hope.

I already started another grow and I will hopefully have that journal started in the next few days. I'm also planning a few upgrades to my grow area. I'll be needing a ac unit to control Temps this summer and will be switching out my aluminum ducting for something lined in black to stop any possible light leaks. All ducting hole in the tent now have small bungie cords wrapped around them closing the flaps and stopping any light leaks. The strings attached to these flaps suck and are hard to get tight. I'll also have another small tent soon so I can harvest every month or two... I haven't decided yet how I want this to work but I'll probably need another inline fan too.

Also had two pics of my cheese xxl I entered in the Nug Of The Month Contest for may 2016. I actually got a nice amount of votes. makes me really proud that others appreciate the the flowers coming out of my garden. I feel really welcome here at 420 magazine and would like to thank everybody who voted for me and read this journal.
Winning or losing doesn't even matter now, the feeling that I get from others liking my buds is a reward in its self..
