Water leaves blocking prong

Before strand that I have growing our white widow x, G 13, great gum, and Dr. Krippling. With two auto flowering sitting on the side
I'm using two 300 W LED light
my question is when is the earliest that I can cut off some of these water fleas that are blocking the prongs from receiving light?
There are several prongs that will have nice potential and I want them to receive the most light possible

If you mean the large fan leaves don't cut them off just bend them down under the growing shoots. It will allow light through to the growing branches and still keep the sugar factories on the plant.

I have heard about cutting in flowering stage, but in you case will be good to bend them down as @ShiggityFlip said.
