When to transplant?

At what point is it okay to move the plant into a bigger pot? I’ve noticed it’s growth has slowed significantly over the last 2 days and I’m wondering if maybe the roots are too confined?

also, this plant is 16 days old now, should I start adding fertilizer to the soil or is it too early?

Cut to the chase and put it in a 3-5 gallon pot. Yesterday.

If it’s an auto put in big final container right away, if it’s a photo you can upcan transplant multiple times without risk. For soil grows bigger container is better.... before I flip to flower they get 7.5 gallon or 12 gallon containers

Get a proper growing container with air holes in the btm and sides.
