I am looking into trying these but figured I would do a little research first. The problem is, I have not been able to find any actual reviews on these. Has anyone, or do you know somebody, that has tried these? I understand the heat concerns but that shouldn't be a problem for me. Just want to know if they are any better/worse then the 1000 watt. Also, would it be better to run these vertical or in vented hoods? Any help is appreciated, Thanks.
