1st Grow - Limbs Seem Too Long - To Prune Or Not To Prune?

Sure could use some expert advice.. The title says it all. I have a 6wk old plant, hydro DWC, PH (5.2 - 6.2), water temp at 72F, EC at (600-1200), seeds from Amsterdam (SensiSeed), Skunk; also have a fountain sprayer in the reservoir and two fish bubblers; LED 1.5meter long, ~1 foot higher than plant.

I believe I have two problems:
1. The plant is tall, and the limbs of the plant are almost as long. (see pic)
to me it seems to be very thin, tall and lanky. I have read some material on pruning vs not pruning and I opted to not prune the top - was this a mistake???

2. several of the leaves appear to be "wrinkled". Is this a deficiency of some sort or an abundance of something? I am using a liquid A+B vegetable mix (all that is available here in Indonesia). (see pic 2).

Your feedback is much appreciated!
