1st time grow water farm bubblicious fem auto

Hey everyone! I'm germinating my first seed at the moment using the paper towl/plastic bag method. I've learned a TON from these forums so thanks everybody for that! My setup is a General Hydroponics water farm with a 400 watt MH light and I'll be growing nirvana bubblicious fem auto. I do have a couple specific questions pertaining to my individual situation though.

1) after I move my seedling to the rockwool, do I immediately place it in the water farm clay pebbles and begin to drip 24/7?

You can do it either way if the rockwool was socked you can just leave it in like a bowl with a top it'll sprout then you can put it in there or you can just stick it in there since it's a drip system
