2 LEDs or 1

I’m a first timer buying equipment for my first grow. I want to put 2 LEDs in my tent. If I got a 600watt and a 400watt led would I have to keep rotating which lights the plants are under in order for them to absorb the same amount of photons from the LEDs?

Not necessarily. You could hang one lower. Really depends on the footprint they put out.
