2 Weeks Into Flower - Will Plants Get Too Tall? Did I Wait Too Long?

Hey guys! I have my 7 ladies just starting their second week of flowering, everything's looking great other than the possibility of them getting too tall and too close to the light, seeing as how they have about 6-7 weeks left. I've been doing my best to tie the tallest kolas down. Let me know what you guys think!

Yep you let them get too big. They look to be sative too so plan on them getting about 3 times bigger. They will stretch for another 5-6 weeks. I hope that light is 1000w hps. You need to throw that wing on your light in the trash and get a cool tube or air cooled hood.

I've had good luck with the wing reflectors (with a dedicated box fan for each one), but you can definitely keep the air cooled ones alot closer. With that size canopy, I would want a bigger hood so I could get a wider light footprint. That looks like 400-600W to me.

Keep on tying them down! They look good though. It also looks like you may have a little heat stress on the top branches, so you need to watch your temps. As the others mentioned, an air cooled hood will help out with temperatures, if that's in your budget.
