6 Cream Caramel, 400W

Hi there,

because I would have a hard time writing a complete Journal in english (not my native language) - I would like to try something new. I uploaded a "Clipshow" of my Grow on Youtube.

You can see the grow-room with equipment and water amount is given. So feel free to ask if anything is unclear.

Lets have a try:

Kind Regards

Raubtier.

PS: If this doesn't meets the rules and reglementations, feel free to Junk this! ;)

Re: 6* Cream Caramel, 400W

Because of lack of interest for my little clip-show - I wil lgo on and try a Full Report.

My Grow-Room is one Part of my closet:

Messures: 80*60*140 cm
Lights: 400W HPI-T PluS/Master SON-T PIA Plus
Airing: 450m^3/h
Carbon Filter: 500m^3/h
Seeds: 6* CreamCaramel fem. SweetSeeds
Others: Root-Juice, Biobizz All-Mix

creamcaramelf1hs.jpg

A synthetic variety (S.V.) result of a three way cross-bred between Sweet Seeds best indicas: BlueBlack x Maple Leaf Indica x White Rhino. The synthetic varieties share with hybridised varieties an objective to obtain the vigour of a hybrid and to give homogeneity to its descendents.

Its taste is intense and sweet like caramel as is the indica strain with a hint of an earthy flavour that comes from the presence of the blueblack genetic. Ideal for indoor growing, it has typical indica structure, huge central buds and rich lateral branches. Usually a favourite of customers who buy for medical use, as it has high levels of THC and enough CBD to induce a narcotic and physical “high”.

Indica/Sativa: 90%-10%
Yield indoor: 400-550 gr/m2
Yield outdoor: 350-600 gr/plant
THC: 15-20%
Indoor flowering: 8-9 weeks
Outdoor flowering: End of September, beginning of October

About 4 Weeks ago, my friends where out of supply. So I bought on the street. I really hate something like this - so I decided to try my own grow. It was quite a shot, I'm not realy a gardening guy.

Lets begin:

*) I put the seeds between 2 moisty kitchen-papers (T +0h)
*) Seeds germinated (T +48h)
*) Then I put the germinated seeds in jiffys
*) The jiffys got in a mini-greenhouse under 400W HPI-T PluS. Air humidity: 90% Temp: 30°C
*) All Seeds got out of soil (T +84h)
*) Soil was All-Mix from the very beginning.

Guys,

thank you for your comments - hope you stay active here and give me some help!

Vegi-Day 17
vt17bto5h.jpg

vt17abrkf.jpg

- I beginn to worry about the height of my plants. Should I? They are about 15cm high. Compered to other reports, they should have about 20 to 25 cm by now. Is it maybe because the floor is to cold? What should the temp be?

---------------------------------

Vegi-Day 18
vt18bmrtf.jpg

vt18ckoge.jpg

vt18dzp82.jpg

vt18amorf.jpg

- Last picture. On the left bottom. There are 2 yellow locations - anything to worry about?

Vegi-Day 19

vt20bjtnv.jpg

vt20dsruu.jpg

vt20ebph5.jpg

vt20flqv5.jpg

vt20c5rwu.jpg

- Last Picture shows a close-up of the yellow locations. Does the plant miss any nutration? I dont use any fertilizer yet. First smell-test: passed! Nice 'n sweet - want more of that! ;) From now on, they get 70ml/Plant per day (with 1ml Root-Juice on 400ml).

Vegi-Day 21
vt21e7tzo.jpg

vt21amo7m.jpg

vt21b2qzi.jpg

vt21c3ryn.jpg

vt21dwt4t.jpg

- Well, today I can definatly see the bushy form of a indica-plant. Very nice to look at! Great experience to see a plant living - just amazing!

---------------------------------

Hope you enjoyed! So whats your opinions? Is there any mistakes or something I should have a better look at?

Some facts that I am worried about:

*) Air humidity is only about 30% (Ventilation is simply to strong)
*) The hight is not that satisfiying, 15cm after 21 days is not enough, isn't it?
*) What should the floor temp be about?

I would realy like to see some activity here, could need some support! ;) If there is anything unclear - feel free to tell.

Kind Regards

Raubtier.

Re: 6* Cream Caramel, 400W

everything looks very nice, make sure you dont over water them let them dry out before watering again , to much water will slow them down. set them up on something to keep them off the floor, i like temps about 77 to 81 and between 45% and 65% on the humidity level in veg, you will want lower humidity levels during flower ,they look awesome you are doing fine, most new growers tend to do to much its a weed so its really very easy to grow. are you going to take clones before you turn light schedule to 12/12? there are lots of great growers in here and just ask someone knows, i will keep an eye on your patch, but looks like everything is great so far.

Re: 6* Cream Caramel, 400W

Thanks for your feedback, my friend!

I just went to my hardwarestore nearby and bought a insulating mat, just as you would use to isolate walls. I'm sure it will help. I also looked for a ultrasonicfogger but couldn't find yet - think that would help to have a higher air humidity.

And you are also right about the watering. I did the finger-test, and the soil is moisty from the top. So now I will wait a couple of days until its a bit dryer then.

There is no need for cloning because It's just for self supply and one/two friends. This setup isn't ment to keep running all the time. After my first harvest, I will wait until my own supply runs out - and then beginn a new grow.

Kind Regards

Raubtier.

Re: 6* Cream Caramel, 400W

Sorry for the bad overview now, guys! Uploaded my images on a web-hosting site - didn't know it was forbidden (should have read the Rules!)...

Will fix this as soon as I know how to edit my posts, the Edit-Button is missing? Does anyone have a clue?

Kind Regards

Raubtier.

Hey myxedup,

followed your advice - didn't watered my plants yet (will do it tomorrow). The babes look like they are pleased with less watering - thanks man!

Here's a preview for my next update:

Re: 6* Cream Caramel, 400W

Unlike with hydro, I think I can actually speak to soil - yours looks too dense. I would suggest mixing more perlite or other medium which doesn't retain water - I think your over-watering unintentionally because your medium is retaining water too long.

I used to grow in 100% Fox Farms Ocean Forest Soil and to tell you the truth it sucks, don't get me wrong the soil is great it just holds in too much moisture. I used to have to water 1once or twice a week and it just doesn't allow you to feed you plants as often. I mixed 33% perlite to 66% FFOF Soil and it was a miracle. The plants love being watered more often and that also allows me to feed more nutrients because I water every 1-2 days now. Adding perlite also helps avoid root-rot and other root fugi type problems. Big ups on the grow, I don't start a journal because I just wont be able to keep up with it, your journal looks like people wont be able to keep up with your updates and the ladies look great.

I AGREE PERLITE IS THE SHIZNIT

Re: 6* Cream Caramel, 400W

HappyGrass,

well I startet my journal on a german board - so thats why I have that many updates in a short period of time! :) Next Update on Sunday - it's morning here (CET) and I had a short look into my closet. The leaves hang a bit - but have to go now. :(
