900w Mars 2 vs 1200w Mars 2 for 3.5x3.5 tent?

for the extra cost of $130 im leaning towards the 1200w but if anyone has tried one of these in a small tent and not been able to have it on max ill just get the 900w.

Also figured the 1200w could go into a bigger tent later with no problems and during flower figured you could never have too much lol.

You're probably correct on that last statement (as long as it's still not too close ). I ran a MarsII 700 in my 2.5x 3.5 cab and it did really well. The 900 would probably be slightly better for flower, but that's also relative. Also, the Mars II lights do not have any switches so there isn't a lesser power setting available on them.
