Seems to me if heat isn't a issue a cool tube just doesn't give a good footprint. Has this been a issue with anybody. This is under 400w MH. Notice on the sides. Do I just need to invest in a Aircooled hood.

which way is your cooltube hung? I run my plant parallel to the length of the cool tube and it works fine. Seems like with your set up if you have it horizontal then the footprint would be enough. What type of reflector are you using with it?

With my ventilation set-up It can only hang horizontal. The reflectors are on the small size. Think I'm just gonna get a hood.

New aircooled hood. Much better light footprint. It's really not even close.

I don't really just don't start a scrog it's how I grow. If you are wondering why my screen is in place now is because of space confinement where the hell else would I put it. lol
