Am I ready to harvest? Critical Kush 2nd grow and I don't want to mess this up

Hi Guys,

I'm almost at the end of my 2nd grow! Barneys Farm Critical Kush.

Pretty damn happy with the way she turned out and now I don't want to f*** her up by harvesting too early or too late.

Do you think she's ready to chop? Or should I be waiting a little bit longer?

Trichs looks cloudy with a bit of amber but I'm a noob and don't really know what I'm looking for lol.

Looks like you are in the window now. Depending what you are going for you can take it earlier or later. If you want a serious couch lock stone let her go until you are seeing more amber. If you want less body stone you can take her now. I like to take a flower and quick dry in a paper bag and test it out before I chop.

Looks good to me, but i don't like to much amber. Really depends on what you like.

Harvest a little sooner and some in a week. Then you'll see what you like.

I would check back in a week, critical kush you want to allow a bit more of the couch lock and cbd to set in more than the heady high

I think I'll wait a bit longer, as I prefer a more couch lock / sedated buzz. Do you think 50/50 Amber/Cloudy would be good for what I'm aiming for?

Also couldn't help myself and cut a tiny nug off the bottom to try. Dried it in a paper bag overnight and have ground it up with no problems and will try vape it later

Just finished a couple of Barney's Farms Critical Kush, waited til about 20% Amber. Great couch lock chill out head!

I'd say 20% is fine, 50% will cause too much of the thc to degrade
