Are aquarium PH adjusters safe to use?

From the years of fishkeeping I have quite a few bottles of PH adjusters that I hardly use any more.

Since they are meant for fishes & aquatic plants, was wondering if they're safe for hydro too?

should work fine, I use mine, bummer is the color chart only goes to 6.0
