Are these flowers ready to flush?

First successful (so far) grow. 2 purple kush in 5 gallon smart pots in coco coir. 300w viparspectra LED's. I'm beginning week 9 of flower, 17-18 from seed. Was thinking one plant is ready for a weeklong flush, then harvest. Thinking the other will need a few more days of nutes. I'll post pics of the one I think is ready, then the one that needs some more time. Opinions are greatly appreciated, this is my first run!

Should be halfway through flush by now. hard to tell with the flash

you really need more than a 1 week flush if you are going to be running such high EC. you can tell by the tips how they are 1 cm burnt in from the ends on some leaves. when 2/3 the hairs are brown you need to be giving them water only.

Aw man really? Even with the pistils so long on the one plant? I guess I'll get to flushing asap! Should I just flush with extra water the first few days or will that not help?

I've been checking the trichomes, there's a lot of clear ones, some milky, no amber, purple kush is indicas so I was thinking they look good for now

no getting the salts out quicker ath this point is more important. most of your hairs are brown, I would say it would need a chop soon.

My last grow I didnt get a proper flush in and it really fked my end product. it was hard to be proud about the taste. it worked real good though haha. just wish I was more on it.

Just to clarify, i flush for a couple days (3-4) until runoff ppm is the same as what I water with, then harvest? Or should I utilize an entire week of flushing regardless of runoff ppm?

Guess my question is really if waiting the week of flushing 1 gallon a day is necessary or if I can give like a 5 gallon flush for a couple days then harvest

get it all out dont even monitor the ppm honestly, just give it water at the normal rate you water it at. i'd do 2 gallons for a 1 gallon container or 5 gallons of water for a 3 off the bat though

Until your trichomes are all cloudy and are starting to amber

should be 2-4 days tops and you'd be all cloudy with some amber on your furthest plant idk im not there looking at it.

do a 7 -10 initially then just your normal water amount. they dont drink that much in the end you'd just be wasting water.

One thing I was taught was that when I think a plant is ready, wait another week... It seems to work for me.
