Assistance with topping

Hi all. I am wondering if someone can help me with topping my plants. White widow. Planted on 4/13/20. They are very healthy and doing great. I am not clear on how to top them. I did so probably 5 weeks ago, but just on the main stem. Should I also top the other stems? Sorry for such an ignorant question, but I'm still learning. Also, should I remove the lower fan leaves as well? I will most likely be switching them to flower in a few weeks. Any help is appreciated! Thanks so much!

You will only top once. I let my 5th node grow out then cut right under that as high as I can.
