just curious as to what light cycles are used for the auto-flower crop king seeds

Autoflowers generally don't require any specific light cycle. They will vegetate, then flower and progress through to harvest regardless of what light cycle you give them. There is conclusive proof that Cannabis doesn't require the dark cycle like some crops, but many chose to give them one anyway.

Light cycles are usually noted in an x/y format, where the x is how many hours per 24 hour cycle the light is on, which of course means the y is the dark cycle. Common cycles for vegetative growth is 18/6, 20/4, and 24/0. Photo period plants require a switch to 12/12 throughout their flowering cycle, but autos do not.

It's a balance between energy usage and it's cost, and the photosynthetic power you wish to give your plants.
