Autoflower first grow ever

Hello. I am first time grower. I am having sone issues with my autos. That i am not able to determine. Please help.
I planted these germinated seeds on 17th july and till now i am not able to pick up growth. These seedling are planted outdoor. The temps are on warmer side (34 celcius) but i dont think heat is the problem.

Lose the domes. Autos grow down before growing up. Is that a light , fluffy, well draining soil mix?

Your plants do look a little slow. And skirk’s question about your soil is spot on. Please tell us more about your grow.

But first, that timer and light fixture don’t look like they are intended for outdoor use. Since it’s a wet environment, is that on a GFCI circuit for safety?

Yes i think the soil is airy. But this is my first time ever gardnibg.
