I have a space 60x60x190 cabinet, but I do not get to do what air holes in the

about the closet should i use dust spray or alcohol rubbing to clean it and then put mylar.
i got for ventilation 40 and 25w desk fan that i can put hang next to lights
light is a 250w hps and 125w cfl for veg stage
also what gal pot should i put there 1-2 ?
