Apr 7, 2005 #7 SmokeyMacPot New Member you are not looking fore nutes in a light. you want light which is energy waiting to be transformed into chemical energy by photosytheses. the plant uses that energy to suck up water. but the uv does improve growth a bit for indoor sativas.
